Delivery Charges

We offer flat rate freight charges according to the value of your order. These charges are as follows:

For delivery within Australia:

Orders up to $49.99	- $10.00
Orders over $50.00	- $14.00

Express Service up to $49.95	- $13.00
Express Service over $50	- $17.50

For overseas delivery:
International Airmail up to $49.99	- $23.00
International Airmail over $50	- $27.50
International Courier up to $49.95	- $55.00
International Courier over $50	- $75.00

Shipping Providers:

All orders for delivery within Australia are sent by AusPost Receipted Delivery service or Toll Couriers - both require a signature on arrival, or AusPost Express satchels.

Orders for overseas delivery are sent via AusPost International Air Post unless an Express Courier service is selected.

An Express Courier Service for overseas orders does allow online tracking of your parcel. However it should be noted that in many countries there will be a greater likelihood of your goods attracting duty and charges from your local Customs Office, due to the level of paperwork and administration involved with a Courier service. We have also found that deliveries to the UK and Europe are more likely to be held up in Customs and attract additional duty charges than in any other countries worldwide. As a result we no longer recommend a courier service for ANY EUROPEAN countries as often International Air Post will be a quicker option at a greatly reduced cost.

Approximate Delivery Times: Australian Delivery

Queensland	1 - 3 working days
All other interstate deliveries	4 – 6 working days
Express Option*:	Within 48 hours for orders received before midday (excluding weekends)

*Orders selecting an Express Post service will be prioritised for immediate processing and subject to stock availability should be delivered within 48 hours, for orders received before midday. If a delay on dispatch due to stock shortages is anticipated in excess of 3 working days on Express Orders, you will be informed by email

Sales Taxes and Import Duties
Government Tax agencies may impose import duty and tax on imports into their country, and whilst we endeavour to minimise any impact from this, the customer is liable for any taxes incurred. Please contact your local customs office for details of possible import tax implications. Note - Courier deliveries to Europe are very likely to attract additional duty and charges

Returns Policy
As long as products are returned to us in new condition and with their original packaging within 28 days, we are happy to exchange garments for different sizes. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any items to us, but we make no charge to mail exchanged items back to you via a standard AusPost service within Australia. However, any exchanges for overseas deliveries will attract a flat rate fee of $15.

Please ensure you include a copy of your Dispatch Note, or a letter to identify your name and order number. If returning goods for a refund we will credit the card originally used to place your order within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. Your refund will cover the cost of items returned, but not the original freight charge.

Goods returned outside the specified 28 days period, or without tags, will be accepted up to 60 days after purchase if not worn, but will attract an Admin Charge of $15 so any refund will be reduced accordingly. However we reserve the right to refund at the current prices of products returned after 90 days as many items will have been discontinued, or would be sale items after this period
